For coolers, walk-ins and shipments on the road

Stop monitoring losses. Start preventing them.

Thermly protects products before they become losses. A thin tag in each cooler, case or tote watches the temperature. When one starts drifting and isn't recovering, Thermly texts the person who can fix it, follows up, and confirms when it's back in range.

No Wi-Fi to set up and nothing to plug in.

Cooler 3 stays inside its safe range the whole time, so a threshold alarm never fires. Thermly acts on the trend.

The alarm arrives after the loss

An alarm tells you something went wrong. Thermly helps make sure it doesn't.

TodayThe alarm chain

  1. The cooler is already warm when the alarm goes off, often to an empty store.
  2. Someone eventually notices and checks it.
  3. They work out who's on shift and start calling around.
  4. Somebody comes back to fix it, hours later.
  5. By then the product may already be lost.

ThermlyThe prevention loop

  1. A cooler starts drifting warm and isn't recovering.
  2. Thermly spots the trend while it's still in range.
  3. It finds the person on shift and texts them, with a likely cause.
  4. They fix it, and Thermly follows up until it's back in range.
  5. The product stays good, and the fix is on record.

No reply? Thermly tries the next person. A manager is pulled in only if needed.

How it works

Track it. Predict the risk. Fix the problem.

Track it

A thin tag sticks inside each cooler, walk-in or reach-in, or rides along in a case or tote. Readings travel over the Thermly network, so there's no Wi-Fi to set up and nothing to plug in.

Predict the risk

Thermly reads each trend against that product's safe range. A cooler that's warming and not recovering gets flagged early, with a likely cause such as a door left ajar or a slow recovery after a restock.

Fix the problem

Thermly texts the person who can fix it, follows up, and confirms when it's back in range. The trend, the message and the fix are kept together for the record.

The tags, and the service that watches them

You don't buy a sensor and figure out the rest. Thermly covers each step from the cooler wall to the fix.

  • Thermly tagsThin stick-on sensors for your coolers and walk-ins, and for the cases and totes you ship.
  • The Thermly networkCarries readings without your Wi-Fi, so nothing touches your store network.

  • Your own Thermly pageEvery cooler and shipment on one map, with where each was last seen, your logo and your safe ranges.
  • Ranges per productDairy, fresh chicken, frozen goods and refrigerated medical supplies each get their own limits.

Product is quietly ruined between checks

The lossThe alarm goes off once the cooler is already warm. Someone checks it, works out who's on shift, and starts calling around. By the time it's fixed, the product may already be lost.

With ThermlyWhen a cooler starts drifting warm, Thermly spots it early, finds the person on shift and texts them. They fix it, and Thermly confirms it's recovered.

Cold chain

Catch it on the truck. Prove it at the door.

The same tag rides in a case or tote. Your Thermly page shows where each shipment was last seen and what it read along the route. If a load starts drifting, Thermly texts the driver while it can still be saved. At delivery, the receiving check reads the tag up close, so the receiver knows it's good before signing.

Catch too-cold chicken before it reaches the door

The lossFresh, never-frozen chicken shows up at the restaurant frozen. It fries up watery, so it's sent back or tossed at the fryer: a credit, a redelivery and an unhappy customer.

With ThermlyA thin Thermly tag rides in the case and reports its readings along the route. When the cases start trending too cold, Thermly texts the driver with a likely cause while the chicken is still in range, and confirms once the trend levels off. At the back door, the manager reads the tag up close and sees it was in range at every reading on the route.

Start a pilot

Start with the coolers or routes that worry you most

A pilot puts Thermly on a handful of coolers or delivery routes so your team sees it work before you roll it out.

  1. We send tags for the coolers or shipments you pick, and you stick them in or pack them.
  2. You tell us each product's safe range and who should hear about it: the shift lead, the driver, dispatch.
  3. Your team gets its own Thermly page, and the people on shift get the texts.

We'll reply by email.
